Cura provide a range of unplanned and crisis pregnancy support services as follows:
All services are also available to men and other family members. Services are provided through 14 Cura centres and a number of outreach services throughout the country. Cura believes in and is committed to promoting and supporting voluntary work as a means of providing services.
There are up to 200 trained crisis pregnancy counsellors working on a voluntary basis in providing a full range of counselling and support services and Schools Awareness Programme. Each local Centre is managed by a Management Committee who are responsible for the day to day running of the Centre. Cura management structures are made up of active Cura counsellors.
A volunteer is understood to be a person who undertakes voluntary work on behalf of Cura and with our consent. It is undertaken by choice and is unpaid.
