Cura counsellors can support you as a teacher, providing information for LCA, Transition Year and student projects, resources such as posters and leaflets, and attending events such as Information Days and Health Fairs at your School, College or Youth Group. Information is also available if you are considering referring a client to Cura services.

Please note that as of September 2016 Cura’s Schools Awareness Programme has been discontinued. However, we in Cura are available to support you as a teacher in the following ways:
Referring a Client to Cura & Accessing Support
You may have concerns regarding a student and would like to speak with someone about this. You can do so by contacting us at your nearest Cura Hub or calling our Helpline on 1850 622 626. A Cura counsellor can offer you support in dealing with the situation as a teacher.
Alternatively, if you would like to refer a client to Cura services you can pass on our contact details or information on Cura services, no referral letter is necessary. If you'd like to download a printable copy of our Client Information Brochure you can do so here.
Representatives from Cura are available to attend and participate in themed school events, health fairs and information days as requested. Counsellors provide information stands and information materials for distribution.
Information & Resources
Cura A4 posters are available for display in schools, with details of our services for both male and female students. Information brochures and cards are also available with details of our services and how to access them.
