Support For Planned Pregnancy

Even the most carefully planned pregnancy can be a time of anxiety and stress. The pregnancy may not be going as you thought it would, you may have health concerns or be worried about the future. You may have feelings about the pregnancy that you would find it difficult to express to those closest to you.

Things can change.

Even during the most well-planned pregnancy, people can encounter unexpected difficulties, or what we often refer to as a “crisis during pregnancy”. This could be as the result of a change in a relationship or family situation, or a change in health or financial circumstances.

Taking the time you need to look at your issues and thoughts calmly can help. It can help to talk to someone who is not personally involved and who can help you find the answers to your questions.

You can contact us for support at any time during the pregnancy. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call.

Cura services are free of charge and you can attend for as many sessions as you feel you need at any time during your pregnancy.

Your counsellor will never judge, direct or pressure you. Counselling is a safe space for you to express your thoughts without worrying about what anyone will think.
