If you or someone close to you is dealing with an unplanned pregnancy, you may be in need of some support.

We in Cura can offer help over the phone, or face to face in our centres across the country. You can talk to us regardless of your age, background, beliefs, or whether you are a man or a woman. 

Cura counsellors don’t provide contact details for abortion clinics, or information on abortion services. However you are free to discuss abortion, and we are here to support you without pressure, direction or judgement.

If you would like to talk to a counsellor, you can call our Helpline on 1850 622 626. Click here for more info on calling us.

You can also call in to your local centre during opening hours, and meet with a counsellor face-to-face, or you can arrange an appointment for a time that suits you.
