CURA can arrange a meeting with a social worker in the local Health Board if you would like information on fostering and if you need for any reason to have your baby fostered.
Fostering can be a way of giving a person time to make a decision about the future for herself and her child.
Adoption is the process by which a child becomes a member of a new family. It creates a permanent legal relationship between the adoptive parents and the child.
If you wish to have more detailed information on fostering and adoption your
CURA counsellor will refer you to your nearest Health Board or local Adoption Agency who will give you
the information and support to make an informed decision in relation
to considering adoption.
