Support for Mothers of a New Baby

Being the parent of a new baby, even if its not your first, can be a challenging and difficult time. It can be joyful but it can also leave you feeling exhausted, lonely and stressed and worried. Things may not be going the way you thought they would.

Sometimes it can be more difficult to talk to those closest to you.

Talking to a counsellor can help.
