Volunteer

There are up to 280 counsellors working with CURA providing a range of support and Counselling services.

CURA believes in and is committed to promoting and supporting voluntary work as a means of providing services.

A volunteer is understood to be a person who undertakes voluntary work on behalf of CURA and with our consent. It is undertaken by choice and is unpaid.

As a volunteer with CURA you will be offered:
  • Crisis Pregnancy Counselling training
  • Ongoing Support and Supervision
  • Ongoing Inservice Training Opportunities
  • Opportunity to participate in monthly meetings in your local CURA Centre
  • Opportunity to work with an experienced counsellor when you start working with CURA
