Baby's first year can be tough.
It can be joyful but it can also leave you feeling exhausted, lonely and stressed and worried. Maybe its not as you expected and now that your baby has arrived you find yourself under enormous pressure to know everything about being a new parent and struggling with sleepless nights, a crying baby and not a lot of support.
You may not live in the same household as your baby or be estranged from the other parent. You may be a friend, aunt, uncle or grandparent living with a new baby in the house. Whatever your situatiion, this first year can be extremely challenging. A Cura counsellor can be there to support you at this time, and can provide you with practical information.
